Forest Metal Festival – ONBOARDING

 

Dear Bands, for the preparation of our upcoming online meeting and your arrival at the festival, we kindly ask you to fill out the following questionnaire. This will help us all to organize your performance and the festival itself.

We are very excited. This year we will be live streaming the festival and need your permission for that, which you can give us with the online formular below.

After submitting this online formular, you will get automatically an email with all the important information regarding onboarding at the festival.

Please preapare for this online questionnaire the following:

1. Permission for live stream: number of songs start counting from the beginning of the performance, or duration, or entire set.

2. Setlist

3. Contact band management

4. Check the running order you got already by email

5. Your travel plans

    Do you need space for camping at the festival?
    Please specify the following: What time do you arrive at the festival? How many cars and space for the cars? How much space for camping? How long will you stay at the festival? In case you demanded shuttle services: When does your train or plane arrive?
