Dear Bands for the preparation of our upcoming online meeting and your arrival at the festival, we kindly ask you to fill out the following questionnaire. This will help us all to organize your performance and the festival itself.

Please preapare for this questionnaire the following:

1. Setlist

2. Contact band management

3. Check the running order you got already by email

4. Your travel plans

    Do you need space for camping at the festival?
    Please specify the following: What time do you arrive at the festival? How many cars and space for the cars? How much space for camping? How long will you stay at the festival? In case you demanded shuttle services: When does your train or plane arrive?
    Additional information, if not submitted yer, such as performance duration, special technical requirements, own staff, questions for the online meeting, etc. The Word Hi! as a placeholder is also sufficient."
